RESOLUTION NO. 03-172
WHEREAS, bids were received fora contract for the Barscreen Area and Belt Press
Conveyor Improvements at the Sanitary Sewer Treatment Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Allco, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$833,786; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Allco, Inc.,
Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted in the amount of$833,786 by Allco, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, for a
contract for the Barscreen Area and Belt Press Conveyor Improvements at the Sanitary
Sewer Treatment Plant be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
August, 2003.
