RESOLUTION NO 03-171
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal of Hibernia National Bank for banking services is hereby accepted and
the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a depository agreement with
Hibernia National Bank for the period commencing October 1, 2003 to September 30,
2006.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
August, 2003.
