BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to terminate the Operation and Maintenance
Agreement with Mr. Thomas A. Hebert for the Henry Homberg Golf Course for breach of
contract and City Council hereby ratifies all previous actions taken by the City Manager
related to notification of such breach.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
August, 2003.
