ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A 1 .5 FOOT-WIDE PORTION OF A DEDICATED 16
FOOT-WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE
NORTH LINE OF LOT 51 , BLOCK 5 , SOMERSET
VILLAGE ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AND PROVIDING FOR RETENTION OF A
UTILITY EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 1 .5 foot-wide portion of a dedicated 16 foot-wide utility
easement along the north line of Lot 51 , Block 5, Somerset
Village Addition, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached 'hereto, be and
the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
