RESOLUTION NO. 03-168
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a one (1) year extension to the
current Development and Lease Agreement with the Beaumont Community Players, to
provide additional time for the organization to raise the remainder of funds necessary
before construction of a new community theater may begin.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
August, 2003.
