ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A PORTION OF CALDER AND FORREST STREETS AT
1096 CALDER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT a 1-foot wide by 75-foot long portion of the Calder Avenue
right-of-way adjacent to Lot 9 and the west 1/2 of Lot 10, Block 4,
Calder Addition and to abandon a 1-foot wide by 140-foot long
portion of the Forrest Street right-of-way adjacent to Lot 9, Block
4, Calder Addition located at 1096 Calder Avenue, as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the same
is hereby, vacated and abandoned and that title to such property
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
