WHEREAS, Breakwater Bay, LTD, has agreed to convey a ten foot(10')wide water
line easement, being across a 7.368 acre tract out of the D. Easley League, Abstract 20,
located at 4375 N. Major Drive, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for the
purpose of providing access for fire prevention services; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyances and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyances is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easements conveyed by the above-named property owner be and the same are
hereby, in all things, accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
August, 2003.
