ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD
COMMENCING OCTOBER 11 1986 AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1987 BY APPROPRIATING
FORTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIVE
DOLLARS ($431805) FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR
AN INTERFUND LOAN TO THE CONVENTION
FACILITIES FUND TO PURCHASE ONE HUNDRED
TWENTY-FIVE (125) PORTABLE HORSE STALLS;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR
REPEAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1 .
That the budget of the City of Beaumont, for the fiscal
period commencing October 1 , 1986 and ending September 30, 1987
be, and the same is hereby, amended by appropriating Forty-Three
Thousand Eight Hundred Five Dollars ($43,805 ) from the General
Fund as an interfund loan to the Convention Facilities Fund to
purchase one hundred twenty-five ( 125) portable horse stalls.
Section 2.
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or
phrase of this ordinance, or the application of same to a
particular set of persons or circumstances, should for any reason
be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the
remaining portions of this ordinance, and to such end the various
portions and provisions of this ordinance are declared to be
severable.
Section 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed to the extent of the conflict only.
