WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of three (3) submersible sewage
pumps for use by the Water Utilities Division; and,
WHEREAS, Automatic Pump and Equipment Co., Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of$41,817; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Automatic Pump
and Equipment Co., Inc should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Automatic Pump and Equipment Co., Inc. for the purchase of
three (3) Hydromatic S12L submersible sewage pumps in the amount of $41,817 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
August, 2003.
