BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council of the City of Beaumont approves the renewal of an excess
windstorm insurance policy from Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool in
the amount of$89,949 with an effective date of August 9, 2003.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
August, 2003.
