ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A SPECIFIC USE PER MIT FOR A RETAIL NURSERY/GROWER ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS TRACT 75, PLAT D-13 , A. WILLIAMS SURVEY, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Beaumont considered the issuance of a specific use permit for a retail nursery/grower on property described as "'a-c-tc.:.t 75, Plat D-13, A. Williams Survey, Jefferson County, Texas, to Roy D. Renslee, prospective buyer, his legal representatives, successors, and assigns for that certain property hereinafter described; and, WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the issuance of such specific use permit is in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to the hereinafter described conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT Section 1 . That all conditions necessary for issuance of a specific use permit have been met and a specific use per�ait for a retail nursery/grower on property described as Traci 75, Plat u-13, A. Williams Survey, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, in accordance with Section 30-2E and Section 30-40 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Beaumont, as amended, is hereby granted to Roy D. Henslee, prospective buyer, his 'Legal representatives, successors and assigns for that certain tract described on Exhibit ' Are attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. That the specific use permit herein granted is expressly issued for arid in accordance with each particular arid detail of the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof for all purposes. Section 3. Notwithstanding the site plan attached hereto, the use of the property hereinabove described shall be in all other respects subject to all of the applicable regulations contained in Chapter 3a of the Code of Ordinances of Beauti-tont, Texas, as amended.
