ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THE SOUTHEAST 15' X 165' ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY IN
BLOCK 2, O' BRIEN ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING FOR RETENTION OF A
UTILITY EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the southeast 15' x 165' alley right-of-way in Block 2 , O' Brien
Addition, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and the same
is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property,
other than the rights retained herein, shall revert to and become
the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law;
providing, however, that the hereinabove described tract of land is
expressly retained by the�O. ty of Beaumont as an easement for
general utility purpose .'
