RESOLUTION NO. 03-154
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of 198 feet of 10' x 10' precast
concrete box culvert for use by the Public Works Department; and,
WHEREAS, Hanson Pipe and Products submitted a bid at the unit cost of$365 per
foot; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Hanson Pipe
and Products should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Hanson Pipe and Products at the unit cost of$365 per foot for
the purchase of 198 feet of 10' x 10' precast concrete box culvert for use by the Public
Works Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of July,
2002.
