ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE NORTH 10
FEET OF A 20-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ACROSS THE
REAR OF LOTS 20-32, BLOCK 1, PINE GLEN SECOND
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the north 10 feet of a 20-foot utility easement across the rear
of Lots 20-32, Block 1 , Pine Glen Second Addition, as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the same
is hereby, vacated and abandoned except the easements which run
north and south between Joyce Lane and the Drainage District 6
Drainage Easement, between Lots 21 and 22, Lots 23 and 24, Lots 26
and 27 and Lots 28a and 29 of Block 1 , Pine Glen Second Addition,
and that title to such abandoned property shall revert to and become
the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
