ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD
COMMENCING OCTOBER 1 , 1985 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER
30, 1986 BY TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM FUND 08,
COMMUNITY DONATIONS, TO THE CITY COUNCIL BUDGET
(B100-00333) FOR THE GOALS FOR BEAUMONT TASK
FORCE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING
FOR REPEAL.
Section 1 .
That the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal
period commencing October 1, 1985 and ending September 30, 1986 be
amended to reflect a transfer of Three Thousand Dollars ($3, 000)
from Fund 08-Community Donations to the General Fund for the City
Council Budget (B100-00333) for the Goals for Beaumont Task Force.
Section 2 .
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or
phrase of this ordinance, or the application of same to a
particular set of persons or circumstances, should for any reason
be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining
portions of this ordinance, and to such end the various portions
and provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3 .
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed to the extent of the conflict only.
