ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A ,1 FOOT BY 32.5 FOOT
SECTION OF THE NINTH STREET
RI"GHT-OF-WAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 1 foot by 32.5 foot portion of Ninth Street right-of-way as
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be,
and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned and that title to
such property shal,l: w r � and become the property of the
