ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE
NORTH 5 FEET OF A 20-FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1251
WESTMEADOW AND DESCRIBED AS LOT 31,
BLOCK 9, EVANGELINE MEADOW UNIT 3,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the north 5 feet of a 20-foot utility easement on property
located at 1251 Westmeadow and described as Lot 31, Block 9,
Evangeline Meadow Unit 3, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as
shown on the plat attached hereto as Exhibit "A" be, and the same
is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of y,2 1985.
