ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ONE (1 ) YEAR
EXTENSION OF A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT ISSUED BY
CITY COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 18, 1983 ; PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL.
WHEREAS, on October 18, 1983, Ordinance 83-124 was passed
granting a specific use permit for a mobile home park on Tram Road;
and,
WHEREAS, due to the death of one of the original
developers, there has been a delay in the construction of the
project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1 .
THAT a one (a) year extension be granted to Wes Clinger and Glenn
Gibbs, property owners, on the specific use permit granted them on
October 18, 1983. The new expiration date shall be October 18,
1986.
Section 2 .
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or
phrase of this ordinance, or the application of same to a
particular set of persons or circumstances, should for any reason
be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the
remaining portions of this ordinance, and to such end the various
portions and provisions of this ordinance are declared to be
severable.
Section 3 .
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed to the extent of the conflict only .
