ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
5 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 470 NORVELL
AND DESCRIBED AS THE SOUTH 36 FEET
OF LOT 7 AND THE NORTH 28 FEET OF
LOT 8, BLOCK 15, GULF TERRACE
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 5 foot utility easement on property located at 470 Norvell
and described as the south 36 feet of Lot 7 and the north 28 feet
of lot 8, Block 15, Gulf Terrace Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, as shown on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" be,
and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to
such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
