ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
THE SOUTH TWO FEET OF A TWENTY
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2224 LIBERTY, LOT 24,
BLOCK 2, AVE RILL ADDITION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the south 2 feet of a 20 foot utility easement on property
located at 2224 Liberty and described as Lot 24, Block 2 , Averill
Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on the plat
attached as Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereby, vacated and
abandoned, and that title to such property shall revert to and
become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided
by 1 aw.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
