ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
16-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT AT 8595
EVANGELINE WEST DRIVE, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 16-foot utility easement, with the exception of the north
15 feet of the easement to be retained, located at 8595 Evangeline
West Drive, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on the
plat attached as Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereby, vacated
and abandoned, and that title to such property shall revert to and
become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided
by law .
