ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
15-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT 7 ,
THOMAS ROAD ADDITION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the east 10 feet and 65 feet of distance of the 15-foot
utility easement along the western line of property located at
2145 Chevy Chase, and described as Lot 7 , Thomas Road Addition,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on the plat attached
as Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereby , vacated and abandoned,
and that title to such property shall revert to and become the
property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law .
