ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A 600-FOOT PORTION OF
CARTWRIGHT STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 600-foot portion of Cartwright Street right-of-way as shown
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the
same is hereby , vacated and abandoned, subject to retention of a
general utility easement, and that, subject to such easement,
title to such property shall revert to and become the property of
the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law .
,PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
