ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING AN
8-FOOT GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT IN
LOTS 83 AND 84, CALDER TERRACE
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT an 8-foot general utility easement located in Lots 83 and 84,
Calder Terrace Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as
shown on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" be, and the same is
hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property
shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law.
