ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
15-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT IN BLOCK 3 ,
LOT 6 , SEVEN OAKS ESTATES ADDITION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 15-foot utility easement located in Block 3 , Lot 6 , Seven
Oaks Estates Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown
on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereby,
vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property shall
revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
