ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING AN
UNDEVELOPED 60-FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY
LOCATED EAST OF MAJOR DRIVE AND
APPROXIMATELY 322 FEET SOUTH OF
STATE HIGHWAY 105, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT an undeveloped 60-foot right-of-way located east of Major
Drive and approximately 322 feet south of State Highway 105,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on the plat attached
as Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned,
and that title to such property shall revert to and become the
property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
