ORDINANCE NO. S- ,� a
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A PORTION OF FANNIN
STREET FOR ONE BLOCK FROM MAIN TO
PEARL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Fannin Street for one block from Main to Pearl Streets, as
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be,
and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, subject to
retention of the general utility easement, and that, subject to
such easement, title to such property shall revert to and become
the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
