ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE
NORTH 5 FEET OF A 15—FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED IN BLOCK 4 , LOT 1 ,
THOMAS ROAD ADDITION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the north 5 feet of a 15-foot utility easement located in
Block 4 , Lot 1 , Thomas Road Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as shown on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" be, and the
same is hereby , vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
