ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD
COMMENCING OCTOBER 1 , 1984, BY TRANSFERRING
GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND BALANCE TO THE GENERAL
FUND AND REVERSING THE EQUITY TRANSFER OF ONE
MILLION DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE
FLEET EQUIPMENT FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1 .
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont commencing
October 1 , 1984, be, and the same is hereby, amended by
transferring the sum of $225,000 from the General Improvement Fund
to the General Fund of the City of Beaumont.
Section 2 .
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal
period commencing October 1 , 1984, be, and the same is hereby,
amended by reversing the equity transfer of $1 ,000,000 of General
Fund monies to the Fleet Equipment Fund.
