ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
10-FOOT GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT IN
LOTS 5 AND 6 , BLOCK 15, MINGLEWOOD
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 10-foot general utility easement in Lots 5 and 6 , Block 15 ,
Minglewood Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas be, and the
same is hereby , vacated and abandoned, as shown on the plat
attached as Exhibit "A" and that title to such properties shall
revert to and become the properties of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by,-law.,
