ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING BLANCHETTE STREET FROM
I-10 EASTWARD FOR 770 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Blanchette Street from I-10 eastward for 770 feet, as shown
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the
same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, subject to retention of the
northernmost 20 feet as a general utility easement, and that,
subject to such easement, title to such property shall revert to
and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as
provided by law .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
