ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A 2-FOOT PORTION OF
LIBERTY STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 2-foot portion of Liberty Street right-of-way located
adjacent to Lots 1-3 , Block 20, Calder Addition, Beaumont, Texas
be, and the same is hereby , vacated and abandoned and title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
