ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
16-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT IN BLOCK 2 ,
LOT 1 , WASHINGTON PARK ADDITION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 16-foot utility easement in Block 2 , Lot 1 ,
Washington Park Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas be,
and the same is hereby , vacated and abandoned; as shown on the
plat attached as Exhibit "A" and that title to such properties
shall revert to and become the properties of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
