WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) flashover survival
training system for use by the Fire Department Training Division; and,
WHEREAS, Phoenix Lease-All Ltd. submitted a bid in the amount of$55,027; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Phoenix Lease-
All Ltd. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Phoenix Lease-All Ltd., in the amount of $55,027 for the
purchase of one (1) flashover survival training system for use by the Fire Department
Training Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of July,
2003.
