RESOLUTION NO. 03-148
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract with the
Texas Department of Transportation(TxDOT)to construct railroad crossing improvements
at the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) railroad crossing on College Street, west of
4th Street. The cost to the city is approximately $10,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of
July, 2003.
