RESOLUTION NO. 03-147
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to reimburse Huntsman Pipeline
Company in the amount of $25,719.87 for the adjustment of their facilities on FM
364/Major Drive.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of
July, 2003.
