RESOLUTION NO. 03-145
WHEREAS, Starship Dowlen, L.P. has conveyed a ten (10) foot wide water line
easement to provide access for fire prevention services out of a 0.9129 acre tract out of
the Charles Williams Survey, Abstract 59, located across Starship Dowlen L.P. property
serving Access Storage facilities at 375 Bryon(sometimes called Byron and formerly called
Long) Street, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Starship Dowlen L.P. be and the
same is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of July,
2003.
