RESOLUTION NO. 03-142
WHEREAS, on December 10, 2002, City Council awarded a contract to Brystar
Contracting, Inc. for the Curb Ramp Installation Project; and,
WHEREAS, Change Orders No. 1 and No. 2 were needed for additional work in the
amount of$9,076.50 increasing the contract amount to $139,806.50;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the Project and make
final payment in the amount of$13,680.22 to Brystar Contracting, Inc.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of July,
2003.
