RESOLUTION NO. 03-141
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney or his designee is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit
against Matthew Davis, Sr. & Dolores Davis dba Youth Rescue Mission to terminate an
alleged zoning violation at 1930 Franklin Street in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of July,
2003.
