ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
10-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT IN BLOCK 5,
LOTS 1 AND 2 , WESTFIELD TERRACE
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 10-foot utility easement in Block 5 , Lots 1 and 2 ,
Westfield Terrace Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas be,
and the same is hereby , vacated and abandoned; as shown on the
plat attached as Exhibit "A" ; and that title to such properties
shall revert to and become the properties of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY .THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
