ORDINANCE NO. 911- MV
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE
SOUTHERN 15 FEET OF A 30-FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOTS 13 AND 14,
BLOCK 6 , FLEETWOOD ADDITION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the southern 15 feet of a 30-foot utility easement be, and
the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned as follows: The
southern 15 feet in width and located in the western 84 feet of
the existing easement in Lot 14, and the southern 15 feet in width
and located in the eastern 30 feet of the existing easement in Lot
13, Block 6 , Fleetwood Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as shown on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" ; and that
title to such properties shall revert to and become the properties
of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
