ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
20-FOOT GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT
LOCATED IN LOTS 1 AND 2, FANNIN SECOND
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT a 20-foot general utility easement in Lots 1 and 2 , Fannin
Second Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on
the plat attached as Exhibit "A" be, and the same are hereby ,
vacated and abandoned, and that title to such properties shall
revert to and become the properties of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law.
