ORDINANCE NO. 6
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
10-FOOT GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT IN
LOTS 42 AND 43, BLOCK 1 , LYNWOOD
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 10-foot general utility easement in Lots 42 and 43, Block
1 , Lynwood Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown
on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" be, and the same is hereby ,
vacated and abandoned, and that title to such property shall
revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
