ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A PORTION OF NATALIE STREET
FROM ADAMS SOUTH FOR 190 FEET,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Natalie Street from Adams south for 190 feet as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the
same are hereby , vacated and abandoned, subject to retention of
the entire property herein described as a general utility
easement, and that, subject to such easement, title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
