ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
1-FOOT PORTION OF A 20-FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT IN LOT 16 , BLOCK 12,
DELAWARE PLACE, SECTION II, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT A 1-foot portion of a 20-foot utility easement in Lot 16 ,
Block 12, Delaware Place, Section II, Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as shown on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" be, and the
same is hereby , vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law .
