ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING HELBIG ROAD FROM VOTH
ROAD NORTHWARD TO PINE ISLAND
BAYOU.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Helbig Road from Voth Road northward to Pine Island Bayou, as
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof be,
and the same is hereby , vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
