ORDINANCE NO. 3-/70
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A 315 FOOT PORTION OF
HERITAGE LANE NORTH OF COLLIER ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 315-foot portion of Heritage Lane north of Collier Road,
as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, subject to
retention of the entire property herein described as a general
utility easement, and that, subject to such easement, title to such
property shall revert to and beocme the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
