ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A ONE-FOOT PORTION OF
PARK STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM
CROCKETT TO BOWIE ALONG THE WEST
SIDE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a one-foot portion of Park Street right-of-way from Crockett
to Bowie along the west side, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof be, and the same is hereby , vacated
and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
