ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
6—FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN
LOT 1 , CALDER COURTS ADDITION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 6—foot utility easement in Lot 1 , Calder Courts Addition,
as shown on the plat attached as Exhibit "A" Beaumont, Jefferson
County , Texas, be, and the same is hereby , vacated and abandoned,
and that title to such property shall revert to and become the
property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law .
