ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A 20-FOOT ALLEY LOCATED IN
BLOCK 85, PINECREST ADDITION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a certain 20-foot alley located in Block 85, Pinecrest
Addition, be and the same is hereby , vacated and abandoned, and that
title to such property, other than the rights retained herein, shall
revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,
as provided by law; providing, however, that the hereinabove
described tract of land is expressly retained by the City of
Beaumont as an easement for general utility purposes only .
